The 21st EAWE PhD Seminar took place this year in Athens, Greece. PhD students from all over the world came together to exchange ideas on current research topics, with a particular focus on wind energy. In addition to more than 100 engaging sessions and numerous plenary lectures, one of the program’s highlights was a boat excursion to the island of Agios Georgios to visit the offshore wind farm located there. Alongside stimulating academic discussions, the seminar offered excellent opportunities for networking and international collaboration. We are delighted that a total of six PhD students from the Collaborative Research Centre 1463 participated in this inspiring event.
