For the fourth time, SFB 1463 invited participants to a Network Meeting in Hanover in August 2025: This time, the focus was particularly on the aeroelastic challenges involved in the design of large rotor blades and wind farms.

After the Network Meeting was paused last year, more than 40 participants met in Hanover on 28 and 29 August 2025 for a scientific exchange. Presentations were given on three topics: aeroelastic phenomena in large rotor blades, challenges in their design, and the special features of offshore wind farms that need to be taken into account.

On both days, presentations by a total of thirteen national and international speakers created an exciting professional setting in which participants were not only able to engage in conversation, but also discuss in-depth collaboration.  The CRC thanks the scientists and industry representatives for their inspiring presentations.

The next Network Meeting is planned fro early Fall 2026 and will focus on the project area C.
